Meet Alice
Welcome to the rabbit hole—but in the best possible way.
You didn't arrive here by accident. Maybe you've been having strange sleep, strange moods, or strange symptoms your doctor called "normal." Maybe you're just planning ahead, peering into the looking glass of what's next. Either way—you found your way here, and that means something.
I'm Alice. Well… sort of.
Like you, I didn't ask to tumble into the world of hot flashes, vanishing periods, mood swings, and hormonal plot twists. I wasn't handed a guidebook. I didn't find a single person who could say: "Here's what to expect, here's how to handle it, and no, you're not going crazy." So I became that person—for myself. And eventually, for other women too.
Alice isn't my real name. It's the name I gave this voice.
The one who stays up late googling "night sweats or something worse."
The one who starts asking, "What else is possible?"
The one who realizes this strange, in-between phase is actually a portal.
Who is Alice?
She's the woman inside all of us who refuses to disappear quietly.
She's curious, thoughtful, wildly resilient. She's holding a fan in one hand and a highlighter in the other.
She's part researcher, part rebel, and part sage.
She's not here to be fixed—she's here to be heard.
You won't find white coats or fear-based language here. Instead, you'll find real tools, real stories, and a whole lot of real talk about what's happening to your body, your mind, your relationships, and your spirit.
This is not the end. It's your becoming.
Why Alice In Menopause Exists
This platform is more than a blog. It's a movement.
Built for the woman who keeps showing up despite the fog.
For the woman who's tired of being dismissed and ready to be deeply seen.
For the woman who suspects menopause is not a curse—but a chrysalis.
From the book to the blog to the newsletter and beyond, Alice In Menopause exists to walk this path with you—with humor, with science, and with soul.
